Live at the Garden

REG booked the entertainment for the Memphis Botanic Garden's annual "Live at the Garden" concert series in the summers of 2002, 2003, and 2004. With record-breaking crowds and superstar artists, the series let thousands of regional music lovers enjoy first-class music in a bucolic setting -- and contributed significant funds to the non-profit Botanic Garden.

REG was proud to handle the booking for entertainers such as Harry Connick, Jr., Lyle Lovett, Bruce Hornsby, Michael McDonald, Ray Charles, Chris Isaak, Al Jarreau, Lisa Marie Presley, Mavis Staples, Roberta Flack, and Wynonna.

"From selecting the performers to the intricacies of contract negotiations, [Resource Entertainment Group] has helped us create a successful and popular concert series, as well as the infrastructure to run it." -- Marylin Ligon, former executive director, Memphis Botanic Garden

The unique domed stage against a wooded background became a welcome sight for music lovers throughout the Mid-South.

Whether they bought a seat at a table or brought folding chairs and blankets, patrons of Live at the Garden always had a great experience.

Former Doobie Brother Michael McDonald closed the 2004 Live at the Garden season with a sensational show that brought thousands to their feet.
