After a VIP lunch on day two of the three-day celebration, the dividing wall in the tent was removed and all video taken out to create one large room for the family day celebration.

REG employed the same distributed audio system throughout the three days, employing a multitude of small speakers mounted throughout the tent that not only provided excellent sound reinforcement, but also avoided large pieces of equipment, creating a sleek look for the events.
