REG served as a local producer and technical resource for Montreal-based Evoila Productions and helped Canadian National Railroad inaugurate their new $100 million Harrison Yard in Memphis in 2009.
This photo depicts the general sessions stage created by REG for the press announcements and dedication speeches for the unveiling of the Harrison Yard. REG handled lighting, audio, and video projection for this part of the CN celebration.
After a VIP lunch on day two of the three-day celebration, the dividing wall in the tent was removed and all video taken out to create one large room for the family day celebration.
Removal of general session lighting and video projection. REG employed the same distributed audio system throughout the three days, employing a multitude of small speakers mounted throughout the tent that not only provided excellent sound reinforcement, but also avoided large pieces of equipment, creating a sleek look for the events.
Center wall out - arcade games arriving.
A sudden rain squall led to some remedial water removal on the inflatables before the event!
Evoila created this observation deck for the event, overlooking the yard, which continued to operate during the event.
Room is ready for family day!
